How Additional Design Management Works
Step 1: Start with Your Main Order
Go ahead and place your order for your total quantity on the main product page with your first design. You'll automatically get our great combined quantity pricing for everything!
Step 2: Upload Your Extra Designs Right Here
Now comes the fun part! Use this page to tell us the quantity of your first design (upload it here if you didn't already) and upload your other designs and let us know how many you'd like of each. Just make sure your quantities here add up to your total order.
Here's a Quick Example:
- You ordered 500 buttons total and uploaded Design A already (or you can upload Design A here)
- You want 250 with Design A, 125 with Design B, and 125 with Design C
- Simply enter the quantity for Design A in the first row, upload the 2nd design (Design B) and enter "125", then upload the 3rd design (Design C) and enter "125"
- We'll take care of the rest & get you proofs to confirm we've got it correct!
Step 3: We'll Double-Check Everything
Before we get started, we'll send you a friendly digital proof showing all your designs and quantities. This way, you can make sure everything looks perfect!
Why the Small Additional Design Fee?
Each extra design needs its own setup, print run, and packaging - kind of like having separate mini-orders within your big order. This small fee just covers those extra steps while you still enjoy the savings from your combined quantity pricing.
Good to know: our combined quantity pricing is already a great deal, so it can't be stacked with free shipping. You're welcome to use whichever one saves you more on your order.
