Gutsy move, right? So here are the details.
- We get your order to the shipper (FedEx, UPS or USPS) on or before the day we said we would, every time. If something happens and we don't ship it on the day we said, we'll upgrade your shipping complimentary so your target in hands is met.
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery of any situation that you are less than thrilled about so we can find the best way to resolve it.
- Refunds may be for shipping costs or for the entirety of the order, depending on the situation.
- Our commitment is that you are satisfied and we work diligently to have that happen, each and every time.
Are there exclusions to this guarantee? Just a few, let us explain.
- If you get your order and decide it is bigger than you thought, or smaller than you thought, we can't issue a refund for that. Measurement are provided on each item - if you have size questions, let us get you samples so you can confirm before ordering. We make that simple and free. Order samples here.
- If there is something that didn't get communicated to our team during the ordering process (such as a specific color that needs to be matched or a suite or apartment number for the delivery to be made) we wouldn't be able to refund for that.
- If there is a parade on your street the day delivery is scheduled and delivery drivers can't access your address (yes, that has actually happened). If there are dreadful weather conditions that have affected delivery, while unfortunate and stressful, the weather is out of our control.
